The Process:

  1. Reach out to me to discuss your ideas, we can discuss on the phone, WhatsApp or email

  2. I will collect all the necessary information

  3. I put together various itineraries and quotes and present them to you

  4. We work through the various options together and decide on the correct iteration

  5. I present you with a final quote, terms and conditions and payment terms

  6. You make the deposit payment, I send you the booking confirmations and will notify you when the balance is due

  7. I can help you with Visas, insurance, restaurant reservations, car hire, transport to and from the airport, absolutely everything!

  8. Two weeks before departure I will send you all your final travel documents and do the final checks to ensure everything is ready for your trip

  9. During your trip I will be on call to help with any issues and find solutions in case anything does not go to plan and ensure a smooth and stress-free time away
